Exciting 12+ month contract opportunity with a great company!

Must be a US Citizen and able to clear a background check.

On Site 3 days a week in Arlington Texas (Tuesday-Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:

• The AWS Architect will work in a staff augmentation role and interface with other supporting teams related to the migration.
• Candidate will be an AWS Architect and part of a team migrating from Genesys CC to AWS.
• The candidate will need experience with AWS Connect and required to be on site (Tues, Wed, Thurs).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Architecting and building Contact Centre solutions, which can integrate smoothly into cloud and hybrid operating models.
• Ability to work in Windows and Linux environments as tools require including administrative roles.
• Possession of a thorough understanding of complex IT systems especially in Cloud (AWS Connect) technologies.
• Actively involved in business development activities to help identify, propose and close AWS Connect transformation opportunities.
• Design, test and troubleshoot AWS Connect migration activities

Preferred Experience and Attributes:

• You have experience working in the contact center or PBX Industry
• Total of 15 years' experience in the Information Technology industry, with a minimum of 5 years as an Architect.
• Able to provide technical leadership to less experienced personnel either individually or as part of a team.
• Hands on experience with Integration experience preferably Genesys CC to AWS
• Expert level knowledge of AWS Connect
• Understanding of related services such as Kinesis, Lex, Lambda
• Familiarity with contact center solutions and call flows and CTR/ Agent Event data for custom report development
• You have experience in building call flows and IVR trees
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Possess excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of AWS Solution Architect-Associate Certification
• Basic ability to write code in Java Script and Python
