ADU4U is searching for talented, creative, and productive, licensed Architects and unlicensed architects with 2-10 years of experience in residential design. Our design build company specializes in the construction of accessory dwelling units in the front range of CO. Our goal is to be the number one builder of ADUs in the region and to deliver high quality and personalized design to all of our clients.

The ability to put a complete construction set together with an in-depth understanding of how a building is assembled is a must. Our required turnaround time for a construction set should be accomplished in roughly 7 working days with the complete set coordinated with the structural set in 30 days. If you are experienced in Revit and Sketch-up, have strong graphic and design skills, a technical aptitude for putting building materials together, a passion for sustainability, and you love seeing things get built, we would love to talk with you! REQUIREMENTS

• Our company is 95% remote. Most of our meetings are online internally and with our clients. However we do require some site visits during design and construction. Consequently, we’d prefer if the candidate is located in the Denver region.
• Experience in Revit and Sketch-up is required. Some knowledge of Lumion or other rendering software is a plus.
• Roles and responsibilities will initially involve drafting construction documents.
• Completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Secondary roles include client communications and presentation, project team coordination, individual task and work assignments, technical development and documentation, providing design/build support to our construction team.
• Experience in residential design and construction is essential. Familiarity with Denver and other jurisdictions’ zoning code is also desired, or the ability to learn the code to apply to the work.
• Compensation is provided on a salaried-basis commensurate with experience and licensure, ranging from 50K-100K annually, based on skill level and responsibilities.
