Location: Hybrid opportunity - 2 days a week in-office at 2400 Lakeside Blvd, Suite 600, Richardson, TX 75082. Relocation offered for the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time W-2 position with benefits. We do not offer contract or C2C work at this time.

Compensation: We offer a competitive total compensation package relative to skills and experience in addition to providing an opportunity with much less frequent travel than similar jobs.

Data & AI Architect Position Description

As a Data & AI Solution Architect, you will be responsible for assisting our clients envision, design and deploy Data & AI solutions. As part of a small, dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to multiple projects and multiple phases of the solution life cycle including architecting, designing, and implementing models and processes for large-scale datasets used for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive purposes. You will consult on architecture and design, bootstrap, and/or implement strategic customer projects, build reference architectures, how-to’s, and demo applications for customers.

Data & AI Architect Position Requirements

• Ability to design and architect distributed data systems
• In-depth understanding (e.g. 400-level) in one or more of the following areas within Microsoft Azure:
• Big Data
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure including Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Power BI, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Must possess exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Good written and verbal skills
• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Experience leading digital transformation projects a PLUS
• Experience with Data Warehouse, Big Data and/or Data Science Technologies such as SQL Server, Spark, Databricks, Python, etc.
• Must be proactive with solid organizational and time management skills
• Data Science
• Have experience writing code in C#, Python, Scala, or Java
• 3-5 years in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or similar role consulting with external clients on project needs
• Data Warehousing
• Ability to synthesize guidance via technical content- blogs, whitepapers, patterns etc.
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership
