Location: Hybrid in Charlotte

Pay Rate: $20+ p/hr

Job summary:

Monitor monthly transactional volumes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data. Work with Distributors to obtain missing data volumes, correct data feed discrepancies, and act as the primary point of contact for data-related issues. This process ensures the successful capture and processing of the customers' purchase transactions and the generation of manufacturer invoices, customer volume allowances, and price audits, resulting in maximum revenue and savings for those customers.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer challenges, routine requests, and concerns
• Provide baseline request support to the Account Management team
• Navigate Supply Chain system to resolve discrepancies related to EDI Invoices: Invoice Numbers, Dates, Amounts
• Provide DCN Mapping support at request of Financial Analyst
• Work towards becoming a subject matter expert on issues relating to EDI Data Feeds, Distributor Hierarchy, eVIA, DCN’s and internal systems
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the variables that may influence overall DC/Customer spend trends, including customer purchase habits, seasonality, holidays, special events, current affairs, and other relevant factors
• Close missing data gaps based on various analyses related to distributor reporting, Distributor Customer Number (DCN), and User Interface interactions
• Train new analysts on role basics
• Display sense of urgency when dealing with critical and time sensitive EDI failures
• Continuously seek to improve trend analysis processes through the application of the latest data analysis tools
• Facilitate ongoing weekly phone calls with priority distribution partners
• Analyze gaps in distributor spend volumes across various granularities and POV's to ensure the complete ongoing collection of over $25 billion in annual spend data across the U.S. and Canada
• Ensure timely data collections
• As the main data relationship owner with our Distribution Partners, perform triage for all data feed needs between various teams and DC's
• Spend most of the day navigating Excel worksheets and the system interfaces to accomplish and facilitate tasks

Qualifications:

• Daily application of statistical trend analysis
• Strong collaborator and communicator (via email, phone, video conferencing), able to work cross-functionally to solve problems
• Customer/Stakeholder focused with excellent "follow-up to resolution" skills
• 1+ years of role relevant experience preferred. Relevant college coursework accepted in lieu of experience
• Completion of Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Organized, extremely detail-oriented, and analytical in nature
• Able to track multiple work threads and meet all SLA's
• Basic understanding of MS Office Suite including advanced Outlook and Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
• Experience with repetitive data driven and master data processes
