Customer Support Team Lead

A large retailer in Beaverton, OR, is looking for a Service Support Lead to join their team. This person will be customer-facing and be responsible to answer in-coming chats from customers, account team members, and internal partners. They will ensure orders are accurately received and maintain them for delivery in line with customer expectations. This person will proactively address issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Min. 2 years of customer service experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills, multitasking, and collaboration required

Computer skills: MS Word, MS Office
