Job Details


We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the Medical industry. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will be working with medical devices, chat and phone support, durable medical goods, edify phone system, ticketing system, office software, CRM, time management, problem solving, and communication skills.


Responsibilities


  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to medical devices and durable medical goods
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the medical industry
  • Provide product training to customers as needed
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize edify phone system and ticketing system to manage customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Qualifications


  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience with medical devices and durable medical goods
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the medical industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
