- Using your solid industry and technical skills as needed - staffing industry, time and expense, ATS, CRM, data integration processes, Salesforce , Gainsight and various SaaS platforms are considered relevant
- Working with an executive presence and confidence in communicating with technical, business, and VP & C-level stakeholders
- Partnering with the Account Management team and utilizing customer data to proactively identify opportunities for improvement in product adoption, utilization and the overall customer experience
- Being responsible for defining and executing a technical strategy/success plan to drive desired outcomes of strategic customers
- You have exposure to the middle and back office systems such as Peoplenet (Bullhorn Time & Expense), Kronos, ADP, Paychex, Peoplesoft, etc.
- You have the ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
- You have experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
- You have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting or in Professional Services with enterprise level customers
- You have experience with spearheading initiatives with cross-functional teams on a number of concurrent engagements
