About The Role


Reporting to our Director of Strategic Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager, Specialty is responsible for driving the adoption and value realization of Bullhorn products for clients within our strategic segment. You will partner with your clients to define and implement strategies that maximize the capabilities of the Bullhorn One solution, while ensuring alignment to best practices, client specific business needs and industry trends. This position requires a mixture of strategic consulting, technical expertise, solutioning, project management, problem-solving, and advisory skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building strong, trusted advisor status both internally and externally with an overarching focus on driving outcomes and client retention.


A typical day will include...


  • Using your solid industry and technical skills as needed - staffing industry, time and expense, ATS, CRM, data integration processes, Salesforce , Gainsight and various SaaS platforms are considered relevant
  • Working with an executive presence and confidence in communicating with technical, business, and VP & C-level stakeholders
  • Partnering with the Account Management team and utilizing customer data to proactively identify opportunities for improvement in product adoption, utilization and the overall customer experience
  • Being responsible for defining and executing a technical strategy/success plan to drive desired outcomes of strategic customers


This role is a fit for you if...


  • You have exposure to the middle and back office systems such as Peoplenet (Bullhorn Time & Expense), Kronos, ADP, Paychex, Peoplesoft, etc.
  • You have the ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
  • You have experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • You have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting or in Professional Services with enterprise level customers
  • You have experience with spearheading initiatives with cross-functional teams on a number of concurrent engagements
