We are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children.

Location : Plymouth, MN (Onsite)

Qualifications:

•Proven work history and enthusiasm teaching/working with children ages 5 and up.

•Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team management.

•Sales and bottom line oriented “Get-it-done” mentality.

•Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, and office equipment.

•Organized and deadline oriented.

•Learns quickly, adapts, is flexible, and multi tasks.

•Ability to reliably commute/relocate to Plymouth or surrounding areas before starting work (Required)

•Must be authorized to work in the United States (Required)

Responsibilities:

·Oversee daily operations of the center

·Work in collaboration with the leadership to generate new leads by building relationships with schools (public and private), local businesses and the community (event participation).

·Follow up on leads in CRM, schedule tours, and close sales for new enrollments.

·Engage and build positive relationships with children and families in the center.

·Work with parents to define children’s learning needs and progress

·Manage and resolve customer service issues.

·Assist with staff hiring and scheduling for the center.

·Report weekly to the executive team on progress

·Uphold corporate standards with respect to safety, center cleanliness & operational standards.

Benefits:

•$30,000 - $40,000 Base + Supplemental pay and bonus

•35 hours/week – 7 hour shifts (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
