Customer Service Sales Specialist

Banning and Son Inc. is a construction company that has been in business for over 25 years. We are looking for a sales consultant.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess their needs and provide expert advice on bathroom remodels.

Knowledge and familiarity with the latest trends and bathroom designs.

Communicate the value of Banning and Son Inc, showing our commitment to quality, craftmanship and customer satisfaction, earning the customers trust and confidence in our company and services.

Ability to utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals.

Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience working in the construction industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and the ability to recommend solutions.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Outstanding organizational and attention to detail.

Familiarity with bathroom remodeling.
