Looking for an entry-level customer service professional to join our fast-paced front desk team! Job Responsibilities We are seeking a customer-service orientated individual to perform assigned tasks accurately a n d efficiently with a smile on your face. Job duties may include: Receiving and directing visitors Check in/out salon/clinic clients Handle incoming/outgoing mail Run errands , as assigned Handle inbound calls Serve as primary point of contact Assist with other administrative duties as assigned Job Requirements and Qualifications High School diploma preferred Ability to multi-task Must have great people skills and enjoy working with the public and students in a fast-paced environment Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate as we offer a competitive salary/benefits package.
