Leveraging your established network and sales acumen, you will identify potential clients, and nurture relationships to create sales opportunities. This role provides an attractive commission-based compensation model based on the revenue generated from your sales.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with MarianaAI's team to ensure client needs are understood and met
• Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers in healthcare provider organizations
• Utilize your network and industry knowledge to identify potential clients in the healthcare sector
• Effectively communicate how MarianaAI's solutions can address the challenges in Revenue Cycle Management and medical coding
• Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and changes in legislation that could impact sales

Qualifications:

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Established network of decision-makers in healthcare provider organizations
• Comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and medical coding processes
• Proven experience as a Healthcare Account Executive or a similar role within the healthcare industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
