Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Remote Customer Service Agent to join our NYC based law firm on Wall Street.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional client experiences and maintaining a positive image of our firm. This is a remote position, 9-5 EST, with a starting rate of $12 per hour and the potential to earn $15 or more based on performance.
Responsibilities
Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns.
Handle client complaints or difficult situations with empathy and professionalism, striving to find resolutions that meet both client and firm's needs.
Effectively communicate information, policies, and procedures to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate department or team member.
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection at all times.
Collaborate closely with team members including attorneys and legal professionals to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive and accurate responses to client inquiries.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address client concerns, providing creative solutions whenever possible.
Stay updated on the firm's services, legal processes, and industry trends to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback to enhance customer service operations.
Requirements
Reliable high-speed internet connection to work remotely.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to comprehend complex legal concepts and convey them clearly to clients.
Strong reading and writing skills, including proper grammar and spelling.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficient problem-solving abilities, capable of resolving client issues efficiently and effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate client records.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a law firm or legal environment, is a plus.
Compensation
Starting rate: $12 per hour.
