Job Description

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing exceptional support to our valued clients and agents. Your key responsibilities will include:
Engaging with customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.
Building strong relationships with clients and agents, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.
Handling complex service requests and processing payments to ensure smooth transactions.
Processing various insurance-related tasks, such as billing requests, policy changes, form submissions, and more.
Required Skills And Qualifications
We believe that the right person for this role possesses a combination of skills and experiences that include:
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Customer Service, showcasing your exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in accounting, which gives you an edge in handling financial matters.
Previous exposure to the insurance industry or call center environment, demonstrating your adaptability to our field.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as we value diversity and aim to better serve our diverse customer base.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, ensuring you can navigate through our technology with ease.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in your work.
The ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, even in a busy environment.
Flexibility in your schedule, with a willingness to occasionally work overtime to meet our customers' needs.
An Associate's degree in business or a related field, reflecting your commitment to personal and professional growth.
