Overview The Junior Customer Service Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers and ensuring that customer inquiries and complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner. The Junior Customer Service Manager will also be responsible for monitoring customer service performance, providing feedback and coaching to customer service staff, and resolving customer service issues.
