We are currently seeking a high energy individual to join our team in Granite Falls, MN to support our outside sales team and customers.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to develop relationships with customers and sales teams
• Process requests for price, delivery, returns, order status, order expedites, product literature and technical product assistance
• Takes ownership and responsibility for own work
• Highly organized
• Effective communicator via email and phone
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude
• Sense of urgency
• Prioritizes and manages multiple requests in a fast paced environment
• Proactively anticipates customer's needs
• Attention to detail
• Field emails and phone calls

Experience, Education and Sills:

• Working experience with Trend is a plus
• 1+ years of customer service, sales and/or purchasing experience in a Manufacturing or distribution environment
• Proficient with software programs relating to the customer service position including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, E-mail and vendor pricing programs is preferred
• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or better preferred
• Experience in Industrial Distribution or similar industry is preferred (Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Fluid Power, Electrical, Power Transmission, Motors, and Motion Control)
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and mechanical aptitude is preferred
