Job Description

My client, a Life Insurance Company in New York is hiring for Customer Service Sales Representatives to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and/or customer service and be able to

deliver and explain benefits to their members virtually.



Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments with members via phone

• Answer questions and assist members in enrolling into benefit plans

• Complete insurance and underwriting applications for members

• Attend workshops and continuing education for trainings

• Provide excellent customer service to members



Requirements:

• Previous sales and customer service experience

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Growth-minded and focused on self-improvement



Earning potential can range from $65,000 - $75,000 in the first year.
