Job Description
Innovative seeks an Inside Sales Representative fueled by Innovation, and the challenge of guiding companies into the new frontiers of productivity and competitive edge. Responsible for:


  • Identifying new ways to work with partner seller teams collaboratively and efficiently
  • Assisting the Sales team with closing deals in existing accounts within assigned territory
  • Utilizing Salesforce.com to capture accurate and detailed information regarding all prospecting activity efforts and facilitating lead flow through pipeline
  • Leading and owning selective customer sales cycles from beginning to end, with oversight from Sales Leadership
  • Developing lead generation tactics and outreach strategies specific to each campaign based on market research and desired outcomes
  • Effectively managing deal pipeline and quota attainment for assigned territory
  • Prospecting, qualifying, and following up on leads for the Sales team, and scheduling discovery meetings with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Collaboratively working with the Sales, Marketing, and Alliances teams to develop lead generation strategies and inbound/outbound campaigns
  • Working with the Alliances and Marketing teams to identify opportunities within untapped verticals, territories, and partnerships
  • Attending seminars, webinars, and networking events on behalf of the Innovative brand
  • Owning and driving AWS relationships within your assigned territory

What experience you need:


  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification preferred, must be obtained upon hire
  • Prior experience in a Professional Services organization preferred, with channel sales experience a plus!
  • Understanding of CRM technologies, specifically Salesforce, as well as B2B Marketing tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Highly skilled in prospecting techniques
  • Accustomed to being held to daily/weekly/monthly quota metric
