Job description

The ba&sh North America eCommerce team is looking for an experienced and dynamic CRM manager to join their team based in NYC. You will be responsible for optimizing and developing the current customer lifecycle to improve retention and loyalty using our CRM and eCommerce platforms and to support on-site and in-store experiences. You will report to the Digital & CRM director and work closely with the North America team and the global team based in Paris.

Responsibilities

CRM & Site experience

- Oversee the customer lifecycle journey — across email and SMS (automated, transactional and campaigns) as well as on-site personalization.

- Identify new opportunities to improve customer journey using Salesforce suites and newly implemented Interaction Studio offering a personalized and dynamic experience to each customer.

- Focus on decreasing one-time customer rate and trigger second purchase trigger to reduce churn and increase repeat rate.

- Be creative and flexible — propose new ideas, templates and test.

- Work closely with the Global teams — CRM, innovation team, integrators and IT departments to prioritize North America projects, support implementation of regional and global digital and CRM projects.

Analytics & Reporting

- Report weekly and monthly on key performances KPIs for email automations and SMS program.

- Build reporting and dashboard to monitor our database evolution, understand our customer lifecycle and prioritize next key actions.

- Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay on top of new innovations and best practices in the industry to improve customer experience and identify opportunities to generate incremental revenue.

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required based on local and global needs.

Qualifications

Required

- 3+ years’ experience in CRM and Omnichannel environment.

- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing suite is required.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel is required.

- Excellent organizational skills, agility and solid analytical and technical skills are required to be successful in this position.

- Customer centric and Omnichannel mindset is necessary for this role.

Preferred

- Knowledge of French is a plus.

- Knowledge of SQL basics and Tableau is a plus.

- Experience in fashion is a plus.
