What You Will Do


The Assist. Manager, Trend Influencer Marketing - a creator content expert - will be tasked with executing micro/nano influencer & creator content & seeding strategies across the always-evolving influencer marketing ecosystem. They will also be tasked with manage the complexities of the supply chain elements needed to secure the adequate products for their function. This individual will be hands on keyboard assisting the execution of the vision across the full portfolio of L’Oréal Luxe brands with a specific focus on growing our micro and nano creator communities at scale.


Job Duties And Accountabilities


  • Foster and grow network of micro/nano influencer communities and maintain influencer database with accurate and up-to-date records
  • Grow the US A&I Market share through constant evolution of Video Views, Impressions and Engagements for LUXE brands.
  • Support the Manager, Influencer Relationship Management to ensure proper execution for the product category
  • Manage all pertinent supply chain processes with divisional supply team, brands and third-party vendors
  • Execute against ascending trends for brands in the LUXE portfolio to ensure products are seeded at scale and content created in real time.
  • Track performance in real time and drive (in partnership with AVP) weekly/monthly Real Time Optimization calls
  • Partner with social listening teams to understand ascending currents (in real time) to ensure brand(s) are always “on trend” in their execution

This individual is observant, clever, and has something additive to say that is going to get people to click the "like" button. This individual is closely in-tune with the overall social conversation, and can quickly identify trends, and engagement opportunities for the brand to take part.


The individual must possess the ability to pivot quickly as this function is in constant evolution and the landscape is changing by the minute. This person must bring a collaborative mentality to the A&I space with a mindset of team success in all activations throughout the organization.


This individual is excited to dig into the data and identify learnings and insights that will help the greater division and its brands develop new creative content strategies, formats, and ways of reaching audiences.


This individual has strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, often-changing environment. This individual is also a proactive problem-solver, with the ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas.


Required Qualifications


What We Are Looking For:


  • 2-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media
  • College Degree
  • Luxury and/or beauty experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Must demonstrate flawless attention to details, be a team player, multi-tasker, creative thinker
  • Passion for beauty, trends, social media, and storytelling
  • Strong analytic skills in assessing ROI for impact of efforts
  • Proven writing skills (technical and creative)
  • Experience in community building and influencer campaign management
  • A natural relationship builder with the ability to work well with a network
