Overview A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst is responsible for managing customer relationships and providing customer service support. They analyze customer data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction. They also work with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Detailed Job Description A Customer Relationship Management Analyst is responsible for managing customer relationships and providing customer service support. They are responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, as well as providing customer service training to staff.
