Position Type: Contract (W2)

Length of Assignment: 3 Months (possibility of extension)

Start Date: ASAP

Work Schedule: M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM EST (40 work hours per week)

Work Location: New York, NY 10018 (Hybrid, In-Office 2x per week)

Pay Rate: $30 to $34 per hour

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Customer Insights Analyst will oversee our client's optical brands advanced analytics using consumer data to create actionable consumer insights.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Submit JIRA tickets and follow-up until resolution.
• Manage changes/issues on OD and retail microsite pages.
• Pull reporting for retail microsite and Google reviews.
• Input new locations into sprinklr and SADI.
• Manage quarterly updates to website (update offers, expiration dates, products, etc.)
• Manages consumer metrics and campaign KPIs.
• Deepens consumer knowledge through advanced analytics.
• Work with IT to get content uploaded and/or updates on the website.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with SQL and Business Objects.
• BS/BA in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or quantitative field.
• 5+ years’ Analytics experience.
• 5+ years’ leading analysis & reporting activities.
• Experience analyzing campaigns to measure effectiveness.
• Ability to probe and diagnose brand issues with an understanding of how to leverage database analyses to provide insights.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to explain data insight or campaign performances.
