My digital entertainment client has a Digital Analyst, Customer Experience opportunity in the NYC area for an 8 month contract.



  • MUST be hybrid 2-3 days/week in NYC area



The person in this role will be responsible for optimizing the digital efforts of the Customer Care division while improving digital operational efficiency. You will execute implementation, analytics, reporting and data intelligence.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Implement a Adobe Analytics roadmap developing processes around analytics collection, quality, governance, & standardization across Customer Care’s digital properties
  • Help gain insights into our customers and optimizing actionable segments
  • Advise on A/B and multivariate testing for business, website, mobile, & UX teams
  • Own tag management, digital experience, and analytics platform(s)
  • Build dashboards and reporting with Tableau and QuickSight


Required Qualifications

  • Experience applying statistical concepts (distributions, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals) to real-world applications
  • Solid understanding of data concepts (databases, schemas, warehousing, ETL, data quality, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Adobe Target preferred)
  • Experience creating dashboards within Tableau, AWS QuickSight
  • Proven ability to translate data into recommendations for improvements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Data gathering and analysis SQL & Excel
  • BA/BS in Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or other quantitative field
  • Deep knowledge and comfort with Adobe Analytics
  • 4-7 years of related experience in analytical roles, including 1+ years in digital analytics
  • Problem solver and multi-tasker


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with a/b testing and personalization - Adobe Target, Optimizely,
  • Experience working in an organization focused on customer experience, preferably Customer Care (Help Center, Contact Us, Chatbots, Virtual Assistant, Support Centers)
