Overview Claims Customer Support Advocate is a customer service role that involves providing assistance to customers who have filed claims with an insurance company. The Claims Customer Support Advocate is responsible for helping customers understand their coverage, filing claims, and resolving any issues that may arise. Detailed Job Description The Claims Customer Support Advocate is responsible for providing customer service to customers who have filed claims with an insurance company. The Claims Customer Support Advocate will be responsible for helping customers understand their coverage, filing claims, and resolving any issues that may arise. The Claims Customer Support Advocate will also be responsible for providing assistance to customers in understanding their policy and coverage, as well as helping them to file claims.
