Telephone Service Representative - Qualifications

Primary incoming phone call service (balances, password resets, transfers, etc.)

Managing incoming online banking messages

Escalating issues regarding Zelle and Bill Pay

Processing payments by phone (Rise)

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

Minimum of two years of computer experience in a medical office setting

Books, coordinates and reschedules patient’s appointments.

Relays necessary messages to staff via the Electronic Medical Records System or appropriate avenue.

Maintains and updates current information on physician's schedules ensuring that patients are scheduled properly.

Data entry (management of data) -accurately prioritize, categorize, track and log calls, tickets, chats, etc. following client or internal tracking protocols.

This position requires extensive working knowledge of hardware/software concepts, including Microsoft products and network/account management tools.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.

Two-year Associate Degree (field related) or equivalent experience required.

Must have a minimum of one-year helpdesk experience in a corporate environment, two years preferred.

Must have a comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware/software concepts.

Requirements to work from home
