Job Description
Overview:
Hybrid model opportunity in Fort Worth, TX: Potential to work 4 days remote and 1 day onsite.

The Credit Review Analyst I – Auto Finance Fraud is responsible for performing independent and unbiased monitoring and assessments of the company's credit activities with an emphasis on detecting fraud and misrepresentation. This team member will work closely with the Dealer segments by monitoring compliance and proactively addressing loans originated with fraud or misrepresentation.
Responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Investigate loan originations for fraud or misrepresentation by reviewing the loan documentation and the systems utilized to underwrite, fund, and collect the accounts
  • Assist in the development and support of models, analysis, and reporting related to the soundness of credit activities
  • Identify underwriting and funding weaknesses, address areas of non-compliance, and recommend change when necessary
  • Coach, mentor, and assist fellow team members to establish a consistent level of quality, accuracy, and compliance to departmental standards and internal controls
  • Consult with management when needed and make recommendations on policy exceptions and control weaknesses to ensure that findings are correct
  • Conform with all company policies and procedures
  • Create reports for management with viable recommendations for improvement of business operations, efficiencies, and internal controls
  • Analyze, summarize, and monitor compliance with credit policies
  • Assist the Credit Review Manager with the distribution of incoming work
  • Perform quality monitoring across the organizations by analyzing, summarizing, and monitoring compliance of credit policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Provenir, Auto IMS, SalesForce, CPW and AS/
  • Competency with Microsoft Office, focusing on Access and Excel
  • Ability to plan, execute, and improve work processes to ensure achievement of business objectives
  • Understanding of the auto finance industry, including funding and/or underwriting of originations
  • Detailed understanding of the auto finance industry, including funding and/or underwriting of originations
  • Working knowledge of consumer credit

  • Ability to provide recommendations and making decisions

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
  • 2-3 years auto lending experience preferred
