Key Responsibilities

• Champion and relay creator partner feedback to Business Development/Sales teams in an effort to continue optimizing internal and external processes
• Prepare and conduct weekly project status reports and post campaign wrap-up reports
• Manage and optimize outreach communication strategies for creators, and provide high-touch white glove service to Pearpop’s roster of creators in order to build a stronger in-app talent retention
• Submit individual contracts and payment requests through the system for approval for various campaigns and projects
• Cross collaborate and support Talent, Business Development, Sales, Product and Design teams to establish and develop an executable campaign plan
• Identify, onboard and maintain Pearpop’s creator/talent lists within diverse categories for upcoming campaign launches by utilizing data and insights to help prioritize creator target lists

What You Bring to the Table

Must have extensive experience with:

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive experience working cross-functionally and with all levels of management, both internally and with external partners
• Deep understanding of the creator and influencer UGC landscape with digital media creative and development
• Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for social media and internet culture
• Proficient to intermediate level of experience with Monday.com, Salesforce and Asana softwares
• 4+ years experience in media and/or digital industry, with a focus on digital creator initiatives and partnerships
• Demonstrated experience in identifying creator categories, personas, and proper fits against brand marketing initiatives and objectives

Compensation

$35-$43/hour
