Creative Marketing Designer Jobs

The Role:

As a Marketing Design Lead, you will drive and shape the visual outcome of all marketing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with talented copywriters, marketing professionals, and business operations specialists to achieve our vision and create world-class assets and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own social media design for both paid and organic channels
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• Produce and present visual concepts based on learnings with the aim of acquiring new clients
• Edit videos and other media as needed to support internal training content
• Experience with high-speed working environments and performing ad-hoc work across cross-functional teams as needed
• Analyze performance of previous assets and make recommendations for future iterations
• Design and create websites, landing pages, and emails with the goal of moving potential customers through the acquisition funnel
• Articulate visual complex concepts clearly and concisely to non-creative stakeholders
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team on ways to drive user growth via digital asset design
• Work closely with our partnerships team to create assets that support their goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Expert in Figma, WordPress, and Mailchimp design
• 5+ years of experience in brand/visual/marketing design, with a preference for user acquisition and/or health-tech design
• A portfolio with exceptional aesthetic and a thoughtful, consumer-centric approach to design

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Experience creating motion design assets for client acquisition
• Experience working with small tech startups
• Ability to edit and deliver video assets for social media use
• Experience designing for HTML, CSS, and JSAbility to take high-quality photography for professional use
• Track record of delivering successful assets to increase customer acquisition
