• Leads strategic projects utilizing project management methodology.
• Successfully manages multiple projects at one by adhering to project plans
• Focus on system optimization and maintenance needs through continuous awareness of internal process changes, Workday functionality roadmaps and updates as well as market trends
• Must be results orientated with the ability to multi-task, respond to needs quickly and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of end to end architecture standards involving areas of expertise
• Analyzes, applies and assesses change management needs related to release update
• Demonstrates drive, purpose, high engagement and ownership
• Ability to self-prioritize and use well established organizational skills and ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team
• Expertise in data structures and relationships
• Ability to effectively work cross-functionally with a proven high level of facilitation skills in a global environment
• Leads the gathering and writing of functional requirements, configures, develops test plans and scripts, conducts component, integration and user acceptance tests
• Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Leads data conversion, data validation efforts, cut over activities, and post go live support for system implementations

• 3+ years of work experience in business process and or IT, including software development and project management experience; experience in a global environment preferred
• Bachelor degree required, in computer science, management information systems, business or a related field. Master degree is desirable
• Remote employees will need to travel at times for team meetings and projects as required
• 3+ years of Workday software experience including system configuration experience within Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Onboarding or Learning as well as report building experience.
