Sr. Wholesale Lending Account Executive - Work From Home United StatesWork From Home United StatesThe Sr Wholesale Lending Account Executive seeks out and finds new broker, correspondent, bank and credit union customers to educate and train on Flagstar products and technology with the goal of acquiring their mortgage loan production.Pay Range: $35,568.00 - $66,534.00 - $97,500.00

• Staff member is expected to consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to their job as listed. Staff member will not repeatedly act in a manner signifying intentional or willful noncompliance, nor exhibit gross negligence or a general disregard for compliance and regulatory standards. Staff member must ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Staff member must complete all required compliance training on a timely basis. Staff member will maintain knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar’s internal compliance policies and procedures. Staff member must take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.
• Sales/Business Development: Develops and maintains relationships with mortgage brokers, correspondents, banks and credit unions and advises them on our loan programs, rates and policies. Achieve sales and referral goals by developing a one-of-a-kind customer experience. Proactively seek ways to develop and expand customer relationships in order to achieve departmental and personal goals.
• Customer Service: Handles all questions and problems between the customer and the bank. Maintains high-levels customer service standards while looking after the bank’s best interest and complying with policies and procedures.
• Training & Professional Development: Attend Flagstar required production meetings. Attend/complete all Flagstar and industry required training. Actively participate in opportunities to expand knowledge, influencing and interpersonal skills.

• HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
• Ability to work flexible and varying work schedules
• Demonstrates poise, tact and professionalism
• Travel 50-75%
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Prior sales experience in the mortgage industry with knowledge of programs
• 10+ years wholesale lending experience
• Ability to travel extensively within defined territory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competently utilize computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel and email
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Previous knowledge of mortgage industry
• Exceptional customer service skills and demonstrated sales ability
