Job Overview


TD Cowen seeking a Corporate Access Specialist to join our team in New York. The position will focus on both non-deal roadshows and analyst marketing. The hired individual will also be involved with managing both internal and external relationships across the Firm. It is an exciting time to join TD Cowen and on a dynamic team with the opportunity for upward growth and increased responsibilities early on.


Key Responsibilities
  • Working through logistics involved virtually or in person days.
  • Firming up all specifics/restrictions with internal/external clients for all upcoming meetings
  • Plan and execute all stages of non-deal roadshows, working with both the corporate and investing clients.
  • Multi-task within a fast-paced and dynamic environment while focusing on details.
  • Building out the schedule (managing situations for high and low demand NDRs)
  • Independently problem solve while demonstrating leadership with communication across all stakeholders
  • Launching the event and updating the internal systems
  • Work independently while managing multiple live events/projects.
  • Internally partnering with Sales & Trading, Research, and Banking/ECM.
  • Externally partnering with buyside clients and corporate clients (including investor relations professionals and C-suite).
  • Mentor and guide team members as needed/applicable; foster a collaborative group dynamic.

Job Requirements/Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a corporate access, investor relations or related positions in the financial services industry
  • Ability to understand business strategies and partner across divisions
  • Knowledge of iPreo/iPlanner (or similar planning platforms preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Zoom and MS Teams
  • Strong team player with a willingness to pivot across multiple projects and teams, adaptable with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail and multi-tasking capability
  • Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills


The expected base salary ranges from $110k - $200k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
