• Help travelers with their reservations and resolve any guest-related issues, including during event weekends.
• Audit hotel rooming lists to ensure the accuracy of reservations.
• Optimize sales and maintain strong hotel relationships in markets.
• Gain knowledge of all events to provide customer support for inbound calls, including scheduled phone hours.
• Manage hotel inventory daily across markets for city-wide events.
• Assist in onsite needs, fulfillment, and hospitality services.
• Create event and hotel builds in proprietary reservation system.
• Provide all customers attending events with exceptional customer service.
• Compile and maintain event summary information, track historic sales and hotel reporting.
• Support accounting with reconciliation and collection process.
• Work with the marketing department to create and distribute consistent event-related communications.
• Manage all last-minute changes leading into events.
• Contract and negotiate hotel contracts with properties according to event specifics.

• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, sports management, business or a related field.
• Minimum of 1+ years in the sports, travel and/or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; in particular Excel and Outlook.
