The Brand Marketing & Consumer Engagement Coordinator will support the VP of Marketing and team contributors for all Live Events, Specials, and Late Night marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include day-to-day administrative support, liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners, assisting with concurrent marketing campaigns, and supporting a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, extremely resourceful, and thrives in a changing environment, with flexibility during production days. This role provides the opportunity to be exposed to various specialties across the organization.


Essential Responsibilities


  • Assist in the development and execution of consumer marketing campaigns across a variety of Live Events, Specials and Late Night shows, collaborating cross-functionally, managing process, and providing reporting when needed.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support for the VP and team, including but not limited to organizing meetings, managing calendars, compiling agendas, taking notes/recaps, booking travel, working on expense reports, coordinating IT/facilities services, and overseeing general administrative needs.
  • Manage tasks related to the department budget, including processing and tracking vendor invoices for payment, new vendor set-up, and managing department related expenses.
  • Liaise with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders, outside agencies and production companies, especially in relation to meetings and presentations.
  • Help lead on-boarding of new staff members, interns and/or temp employees such as computer & phone set up, corporate I.D. and building access.
  • Ability to support on social and digital initiatives on an ad hoc basis, working with show social, design, and platforms leads to execute projects and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a general awareness and conduct research of industry trends, formats, talent, and the competitive environment.
  • Ability to learn analytics platforms and tools to support reporting and insights.


Qualifications


Basic Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple applications (i.e. Microsoft Suite, Keynote) , including building presentations
  • Familiarity with the TV/entertainment landscape, particularly within the late night space
  • Experience in analytics platforms a plus
  • 1+ years professional experience; experience working in a marketing organization a plus

Additional Requirements
  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
