Coo/ Vp Of Operations- North Carolina

We are currently actively seeking a COO to oversee multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout North Carolina.This position is for a fantastic company and is offering competitive pay and plenty of growth!Job Duties:Plans, directs, and coordinates operations in support of organizational growth.Consults with facilities in regards to (but not limited to): resident care, State & Federal surveys, regulatory compliance and operational services. They are responsible for driving outcomes, developing and implementing policies/procedures and ensuring compliance with State/Federal regulations & standards of care. The Vice President (VP) of Operations may be temporarily assigned to function as Interim Administrator in a local facility on an as needed basis. Formulates policies. Consults with and advises CEO and Senior Leaders regarding significant events.Provides direction and administration for facility operations. Assures compliance with all applicable regulatory bodies. Assess & evaluate operational services in assigned facilities to identify areas for improvement.Responds to any situation needing immediate action or investigationTracks/trends metrics in all areas of responsibility.Consistently reviews salary/supply expenses to improve spending, within budgetary confines.Conducts strategic planning and goal setting to support organization goals.Always considers profitability and maximized reimbursements when making decisions.Participates in budget development for areas of responsibility. Qualifications:

• Extensive travel required.
• Exceptional interpersonal & leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of State & Federal guidelines.
• Supervisory experience in healthcare settings.
• 5+ years experience as a Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator and COO
