Job Description

We are actively looking for top talent to join our fast-growing venture and together shape the future of regulation technology. This role is to work closely with our CEO/CPO to set and execute the client acquisition strategy to make doing business in ASIA safer. Weoffer KYB (Know Your Business) services and UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) discovery on ASIAN companies utilising sophisticated technology, making business verification easy, efficient and affordable to increase global trust and confidence and support greater business opportunity across Asia through greater international participation.


Our ideal candidate has had extensive experience working in tech start-up environment within Software as a Service (SaaS) businesses, exposure to a variety of new and established technologies, is able to think on their feet, and builds strong relationships internally and externally.


We are seeking a client -centric sales professional who has a track record of over-achieving sales targets (OTE 5x) who can help elevate us to the next phase of growth, aligned with our strategic direction & goals. Preferably someone who has experience in the risk, governance & compliance space and enjoy working in a fast-paced, vibrant tech start-up.


Responsibilities

·Identify and lead the pursuit of the target new business, including leading RFP responses.

·Participate in the creation of sales and go to market strategies.

·Produce sales reports.

·Represent the company in selected sales conference/trade shows/industry events.


Targeted Segments

·Resellers – UBO/KYB/KYC providers, Due Diligence Companies

·Direct – Payment/Payment Technology Providers/Banks & Insurance/Wealth Management


Skills and Experiences

·Experience working in a fast growing, tech start-up environment.

·Result driven - proven solid sales track record. OTE 5x

·Good level of knowledge and understanding of UBO, KYB, KYC.

·Minimum 10+ years’ experience as senior sales executive or sales leader in North America

·Ability to establish contacts and build positive relationships with senior level decision makers in targeted organisations.

·Proven network of contacts in risk, governance and compliance space.

·Creative thinking abilities.

·Ability to work with a diverse team and wide range of cultures

·A willingness to take responsibility and accountability.
