As the Contract Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the processes and accountability standards that drive our franchise relationships forward. Your Responsibilities Will Include
Drafting and maintaining contract administration documentation throughout the franchise relationship's life-cycle.
Collaborating with stakeholders, including franchisees, brand representatives, finance, and legal teams, to negotiate and finalize complex deal terms.
Accurately preparing, analyzing, and distributing critical documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Upholding compliance by diligently researching and identifying potential policy violations and intellectual property issues.
Collaborating with brand representatives to strategize franchise agreement renewals.
Maintaining strict adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained.

As a key knowledge resource, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of our franchise agreements, addenda, and processes/systems.
You'll take ownership of the Microsoft CRM case concept for different deal types, ensuring all requirements are met through completion.
You'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support, leaving a lasting impression on our valued clients.
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive experience in drafting legal documents and reviewing international contracts.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on excellence.
Paralegal Certificate or JD preferred.
Proven analytical and research abilities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Browsers.
Background in franchising, contract administration, real estate, or good analytical skills are a plus.
B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, JD, Operations, or related field preferred.
Compensation Range
Competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000; actual compensation within this range will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 70,000.00 100,000.00 Per Year
