Description:
First point of contact for contract account directors and field sales to develop contract proposals, facilitate the review and approval of contracts including analysis, Governance Committee prep and execution of contracts.
Responsible for Contract Archival and System Uploads.
Interface with Senior Management for contract performance reporting, financial reporting, and exception processing.
Liaison with the contract account directors and field as interface for all Medical Aesthetics contracts.
Develop contract proposals, facilitate the review, approval and execution of contracts.
Develop intimate working-knowledge of business process and key partners.
Document certain fall-back clauses that commonly occur in the contracts.
Assist with contract template language.
Work with risk and compliance in closing out legal redlines.
Update senior leadership on status of legal redlines.
Help keep up-to-date NDA’s, amendments, LOI, etc.
Work with offer development team and contract account directors in unique contract language.
Governance Committee prep, Contract Archival maintenance and System Uploads.
Develop and perform contract performance reporting.
Work with Finance partners ensure compliance with all contract terms.
Quarterly, annual and ad-hoc analysis of contract components.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, business emphasis recommended
Minimum 3 years experience with contract management and analysis
Experience in contracts and negotiations preferred
Paralegal Certificate or other advanced education a plus
Prior experience in sales operations, marketing research, sales support or information management a plus
Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and, preferably database systems such as Oracle and SAP
Superior organizational skills, analytical ability, and attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality in a fast paced, multi-task environment
Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills
Professional phone manner
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with many levels of employees of various disciplines and departments, and external contacts
Ability to interact with all levels of management in variety of functional areas including sales, marketing, information systems, customer care, legal, and managed care
Knowledge of the sales and marketing functions with ability to anticipate needs, make recommendations and respond to ad-hoc requests quickly and appropriately
Ability to interface with external customers and third-party data sources is critical
Ability to coordinate and synchronize multiple complex projects, manage priorities, internal and external customer expectations, meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be flexible in changing daily workload priorities
Ability to take initiative, be discreet, act with diplomacy and maintain a professional attitude
Desire and ability to take on new challenges and learn new applications
