Contract Operations Analyst Jobs

Education, Qualifications, Skills And Experience

Collaborate with peers to manage priorities and coordinate efforts with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

Understanding of AZ business model with specific knowledge of contract operations

Minimal 2 years in contract operations, contract management, or comparable experience.

Partner with IT to continuously improve contracting management platform, lead user testing and user communications.

B.S./B.A in Engineering, Finance, Business

Experience and proficiency with contracting system and platform is a must

Experience in large, complex data migration is a must

Partner with Business Analytics to ensure 100% of contract data is ready-to-use and reportable.

Experience with a combination of grants management, vendor relationships, event logistics, and/or IT systems, ideally in a non-profit or foundation setting

Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

Experience with creating and managing invoices and cashflow tracing preferred

College degree or equivalent experience preferred

Systems based thinking – you organize yourself and others into systems that are easy to use and understand

Ability to learn and/or comfort learning new systems, if necessary

Possess strong organization and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on time management, follow-through, and ability to resolve issues.

Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry specifically managed care, contracting, or project management related role.

7+or more years of overall experience

Ability and comfort to work under constant deadlines and to appropriately prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skilled at building and maintaining cross functional relationships and influencing outcomes.

Capability to understand computer systems / applications with the aptitude to follow transactions from upstream inputs through downstream reporting capabilities.

Highly organized, able to think 1 step ahead, takes initiative, time management, and able to handle many tasks

Experience with Jira and Confluence

Manage vendor/supplier performance in relation to contractual agreements.

We imagine someone in this role will have 7+ years of experience in an HR Operations role.

Bonus if you have substantial experience with hourly employees on bonus compensation structures, ideally in California.

Strong communication skills and a good manner with the internal team of dog groomers.

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and characteristics:

Identifying and implementing best practices on compensation reporting for employees.

Two or more years of experience in project management, legal/law office administration, or purchasing, including handling contractual and/or purchase order issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, problem-solving, organizational, project management, and customer service skills

Partner with Pre-Award, Post Award, Business Managers, faculty, and other University personnel in negotiating sponsored program agreements and developing Contracting procedures.
