Job Description

Our client, a Los Angeles, CA area production company, is seeking a talented onsite Contracts Data Analyst to add to their team. The selected professional would be responsible for managing product availability, shares strategies for maximized sales/revenue exploitation opportunities, and maintains internal systems, tracking all sales and deal terms along with the following duties.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with tracking product for inclusion in output and ROS deals, and library selects with customers as requested.
  • Assist with creating Customer Notices and Avail Support
  • Coordinate with clients to identify product to fulfil library volume commitments, send product notifications to clients and provides client assistance on various inquiries.
  • Reviews all incoming sales orders, deal change orders, contracts and amendments on a timely basis
  • Ad hoc projects and requests as required
  • Deal entry of license terms for new deals into company databases
  • Clear product for sale
  • Prepare availability reports
  • Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfillment


Required Qualifications:


  • 2-3 years of television contract or sales administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance
  • Advance proficiency MS Office
