Job Description
Billing Analyst | $27/hr | Downtown San Diego | Contract to Hire
Are you interested in working for a data-driven company that values collaboration and hard work? This growing company is looking for someone sharp, detail oriented, and a team player to help maintain their 99% billing accuracy rate. This could be your foot in the door! Who You Are:
  • Intermediate MS Excel experience including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
  • Bachelor's Degree required along with 2 years of experience in an office environment
  • Strong communication and ability to meet tight deadlines
What You'll Do:
  • Administer new account setup and handle invoicing for customers
  • Review accuracy of financial transactions and run reports daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Analyze large sets of data for pricing discrepancies and missing data
