Utility Activations Specialist Jobs

Demonstrative critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills

1-2 years in a technical support related role, or equivalent experience

Partners with Product Management for partner-related offerings which are managed outside the NPI flow.

Initiates and sustains cross-functional relationships with Product Management, Technologies PMO, engagement, and direct connection with NPI gate flow.

Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.)

Coordinate utility requests with utility providers through phone, email, fax, and online

Provide updates though notes and messages to clients through Conservice software, professional written correspondence is expected

Collaborate with relevant teams and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

Manage and organise digital assets, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility for future use.

Demonstrated experience in a similar role

Handle ad hoc tasks independently as the sole team member in the USA, while maintaining effective collaboration with the Australian team.

Conceptualise, plan, and execute visually appealing photography and videography projects aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.

Capture high-quality photographs and videos using professional equipment, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and technical excellence.

Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project management or similar function

This role is either based at our headquarters in Winter Park, FL or remote.

Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:

Manage and track all partner season, group and suite ticket distribution and catering needs

Manage all partner hospitality and on-site events at loanDepot park

Manage all off-site team/partner events including retail promotions, player/mascot appearances, radios show, grass roots initiatives and other events

Superior written and oral communication skills are essential

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at any given time

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience writing technical reports or position papers.

Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience within the utility field

Skill in operation of personal computer.

OR equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.

Assists in enforcement actions against competitive suppliers
