Job Description
What You'll Do:
As a Contact Center Workforce Planning Specialist, you’ll…
  • Create and maintain work schedules for assigned contact centers,
  • Balance workforce availability to the forecasted workload to achieve effective and efficient workload coverage recognizing available staff, work rules and business unit strategic goals/objectives, agent preferences and seniority or performance ratings, and
  • Recommend schedule revisions to contact center management and workforce analysts in line with daily operational changes to optimize performance.
Who You Are:
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience plus 2+ years of relevant work experience

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
  • Experience working in a contact center
  • Proficiency with a contact center workforce management tools (Alvaria preferred) to develop forecasts and schedules
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $16.75 - $31.73 / hour Additional Information:
