Overview A Contact Center Chat Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and technical support to customers through online chat. They are responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing solutions to customer problems. Detailed Job Description The Contact Center Chat Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and technical support to customers through online chat. They must be able to quickly and accurately respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot customer issues, and provide solutions to customer problems. The Contact Center Chat Specialist must be able to effectively communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
