Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Austin, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive the design, configuration, test, and support of SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

• 50% Travel required nationally.
• Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Driving the design and development of SAP technical solutions for SAP Central Finance (CFIN) using SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT) for data extraction, data cleansing, data transformation, and replication;
• EOE.
• Utilizing SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), Object Oriented ABAP (OO-ABAP), ABAP on HANA concepts, and ABAP 7.4 methodologies for solutioning and integration of SAP business processes and modules;
• Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients by performing Online Service Support (OSS) note implementations, SAP Upgrades, SAP Roll-outs, SAP Fiori application development, and monitoring and automation of monotonous issues using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) ChatBot developments;
• Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP ECC and S/4 HANA with 3rd party systems using iDocs, Proxies, Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface (RESTful API), and Application Interface Framework (AIF);
• Driving the creation of TDDs from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for various Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements (FRICE) objects which include screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data and process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development utilizing Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Driving various aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for SAP implementation and support, which include requirements gathering, preparation of Technical Design Documents (TDD), development, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues utilizing ServiceNow, Box, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), Change Request Management (ChaRM), GitHub, and Jenkins; and
• Utilizing SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), SAP S/4 HANA, Agile, and DevOps methodologies to drive software development, enhancement, implementation and production support services for the on premise and cloud ERP systems for SAP modules including Order to Cash (O2C), Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), and Financial Accounting & Controlling (FICO);
