Consulting, Project Delivery Specialist

Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Specialist in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Drive the evaluation of technology needs, develop customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation. Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology for engagements. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Transformdetailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design. Gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities.

• Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
• Telecommuting permitted.
• 80% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Working with a team of developers to both produce new solutions and resolve defects through a standard defect resolution process, utilizing Agile Methodology.
• Designing and developing front end application pages using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, jQuery, Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Git, and Visual Studio Code (VS Code) to meet functional needs for software applications; and
• Architecting, implementing, and supporting Salesforce Platform infrastructure and topologies;
• Creating web applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Lighting App Builder, Community Builder, and Salesforce Object Query Languages (SOQL) queries to provide service and data to users;
• Creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), visualizations of data trends, and data models by utilizing charts, reports, and dashboards in order to support business and functional requirements within the Insurance, Healthcare, and Government industries;
• EOE.
• Performing assessments of existing information systems and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, utilizing Salesforce Inspector, Microsoft (MS) Azure DevOps, and Atlassian Jira;
• Designing and developing applications using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to meet functional needs for software applications;
