About Our Client:

Our client is a Global IT Services and Consulting Company. The primary objective of this group is to support industry growth, engagements, and major opportunities in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to grow the Consulting Services business in the region, with shadow P&L responsibility.

• Set up vision, strategic goals, and lead execution for the business in the region.

• Work with internal stakeholders (Regional sales teams, global competence teams) to develop and execute an annual business plan.

• Engage with Internal Sales and account teams to support Account Goals and targets through proactive proposals and RFP responses.

• Own and drive presales activities for Consulting Services & Offerings.

• Required to lead/co-ordinate project deliveries across various accounts/ engagements having roles such as consultants/BA’s etc., to ensure achievement of goals.

• Evaluates market best practices to identify & propose/develop services for the specific needs of the region.

• Ideate with customers to create innovative proposals around business problems.

• Actively contribute through previous experience, best practice and thought leadership. • Hire/ Motivate existing consulting team to meet business goals.

• Drive Consulting marketing agenda in the accounts. KRAs

• Order Booking /Revenue/Profitability

• Practice Building (Marketing /Brand building, Associate Engagement/Hiring).

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Experience as Sr. Manager/ Director in a Consulting firm of repute.

• Track record of delighting clients through outstanding consultative work, ideally in Digital/technology Strategy.

• Experience of working at the front end of technology solutioning building use cases and business case.

• Experience leading workshops for complex problem-solving using approaches like design thinking.

• Experience building up a consulting team (hiring/mentoring etc).
