About Our Client
Are you a skilled and experienced project manager looking for a new opportunity with a leading national general contractor? Our company is looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.

• Establishing contractual requirements to manage quality standards
• Upholding project standards and ensures specifications are met
• Conducting safety and quality control inspections
• You will be directing the team and their activities relating to Commercial projects, including fast food and gas stations
• Collaborating with team to define construction requirements

The Successful Applicant

• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Experience leading large-scale, ground-up projects of $25M+ in commercial markets, including gas stations, restaurants, fast food, and car washes
• Interpret contract documents, specifications, and project schedules
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field preferred
