About The Opportunity


  • They take care of scheduling and administrative tasks including taking phone calls, updating customer, employee, and business data, filing, and maintaining a tidy, pleasant workspace
  • By making workspaces and information accessible and organized, administrators aid in office operations and leadership
  • Our top client currently has an opportunity available for a Construction Admin to support their latest ground-up commercial projects


Construction Admin Responsibilities


  • Obtain required project information (Material and equipment pricing)
  • Control warranties, closeout documents, and submittals
  • Assembling bid packets
  • Support project managers for LEED initiatives
  • Keep track of a project's completion for documentation of public bids


Construction Admin Qualifications


  • Strong time-management and organizing skills
  • Construction industry work experience is recommended but not necessary, along with
  • Competent in Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Ability to handle phones, general administrative tasks, and small-firm work
