Hiring a mid-level experienced office admin!


Overview:


  • 3-5 years of previous admin experience required
  • Full time hybrid role: 2 work from home days a week
  • 45-65k salary with full benefits and 401k
  • Located in Woodbury, NJ


Our company provides solar and roofing solutions for both residential and commercial clients. As we have been growing we are in need of an office admin.


In this role you will be conducting bookkeeping, office purchasing, and payroll for the company, as well as other general admin responsibilities. We are looking for a mid level experienced candidate looking for a full time role, with a few years of previous admin and Quickbooks experience. Candidates should be excited to grow with us, and flexible to figuring out what works best for the team as we open a new office!


Daily Responsibilities:


  • Bookkeeping on our solar and roofing clients payments, and general office payments
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Use Quickbooks to keep track of finances
  • Keep track of office materials and conduct purchasing as needed
  • Maintain office organization and cleanliness
  • Conduct weekly payroll

Requirements:


  • Should be excited and eager to help perfect our new office environment
  • Bookkeeping and payroll experience required
  • 3-5 years of previous office/admin experience preferred
  • Must be extremely organized and self motivated
  • High school degree required
  • Must have Quickbooks experience
  • Must be local, and able to work in person in Woodbury 3 days a week
  • Must be able to work full time (30-40 hours)
