About The Opportunity


  • A pioneer and one of the top companies in the construction industry located in Morristown, NJ is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team
  • You will be a key participant in managing the information flow between the owner, the general contractor, and other project stakeholders and assist with the design and the approvals process


Responsibilities


  • Tracks and validates approvals of Hard Copy documentation from project stakeholders
  • Maintains project RFI and Submittal registry and tracks each through to closure
  • Processing of payment requests and change orders
  • Provides regular RFI and Submittal status updates to project stakeholders
  • Communicates with super/ runs meetings etc


Qualifications


  • Experienced in working with multiple leads across various disciplines to solve problems and improve processes
  • 1-5+ years of construction management experience preferred and recent college grads encouraged to apply also with internships
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • Site and Utility work for public or private construction projects in NJ is required
