About The Opportunity


  • One of the top companies that offer a streamlined spectrum of services from large-scale corporate projects down to complete renovation of brownstone buildings. Located in Freehold, New Jersey is looking for Assistant Project Managers to join their growing team
  • You will be assisting in leading the project team; taking initiative in managing information, establishing expectations, and maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness in the overall project


Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities


  • Keeping track of and reporting on project progress
  • Supporting the coordination and management of projects
  • Handles multiple projects simultaneously at various stages and locations
  • Prepares accurate and concise contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders


Assistant Project Manager Qualifications


  • Well-organize, efficient, and responsive to the needs of internal and external clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline
  • Has good presentation skills; ability to persuade others; good negotiation skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the commercial construction industry
